Bolt arms into outer quick attach assembly. Arm and Deflector arm bolts are found in a bag in each cone.
Leave these bolts loose temporarily until final adjustments are complete.
Temporarily leave off clamp plates (shown above) until final adjustments are complete.

Guide arms into Cropsaver cone.
