Sheer Bolt:
The machine is designed with a shear bolt in
the yoke on the PTO drive shaft and the left
end of the distributing auger to prevent dam-
age to drive components should the machine
encounter a shock or high load condition. Re-
place the shear bolt with a 5/16" Grade 5 bolt
or equivalent if it has sheared.
Do not use a
higher grade or strength bolt.
To reduce the chance of breaking the shear
bolt:
a. Slow the roller and wheel speed to reduce
the load on the drive components.
b. Remove all obstructions from the bag or
grain when filling the bag or before empty-
ing.
c. Fill the bag with dry grain to prevent the
material from freezing into a solid lump.

Plugging Clean Out:
Themachine is designed with 2 access panels
on the bottom of the pick-up assembly to allow
the unit to be completely cleaned out. Be sure
to tighten panel fasteners to their specified
torque when re-installing the panels.
